This website (emissions.linkdex.ca) is operated by Linkdex. Linkdex is an independent advertiser: we pass your request to the licensed service provider that performs the emissions test. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Details you enter in the booking form: name or company name, phone number, yard address, number of trucks and, if you provide them, email and comments.
- Advertising and analytics data: the ad or campaign that brought you here, click identifiers and cookies set by Google Ads.
How we use it
- To pass your request to the service provider, Mobile Emission Services GTA (Lotus Logistics Inc., DriveON Vehicle Inspection Centre #25352), so its dispatcher can contact you and schedule the test.
- To measure which ads work and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We will only contact you about your request unless you separately agree to receive other messages.
Who processes it
- Zoho Forms stores form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Ads measures ad clicks and conversions.
- The service provider receives your request to schedule and perform the test.
These providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be accessible under local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and keep business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@linkdex.ca. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
